Emergency Communication Cards

Create a bilingual message for urgent medical help or another immediate situation.

Check before acting

Check the current screen, the conditions that may change and the fallback before making a critical decision.

Create a short communication aid

Select the situation and add only the contact or accommodation detail needed for immediate help. Show the bilingual card to staff or a nearby person.

Call when immediate help is required

A card does not contact emergency services or transmit your location. In mainland China, use 110 for police, 119 for fire and 120 for ambulance, or ask someone nearby to call and state the exact address.
