Privacy notice

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. We store the checkout email, payment references, delivery status and hashed access credentials needed to deliver and operate paid access. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms; this website does not receive complete card details.

Delivery, access and support

The checkout email is sent to our email-delivery provider so it can deliver the access PDF. Access codes are stored as verification hashes; device and session tokens are stored as hashes. Fulfilled-order contact data is minimized after the configured retention period. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms.

Technical records

The server may record IP address, requested path, time and response status for operation, fraud prevention and security. Do not put secrets in URLs or support messages. Contact us through WhatsApp to request access to or deletion of information you supplied, subject to applicable legal and payment-record obligations.
