Refunds and cancellations

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the private access code has not been used.

Once the private access code has been used, no refund is available. This is a digital product and access cannot be returned after use.

To request an eligible refund, contact us through WhatsApp with the checkout email and Stripe receipt. Never send payment-card details or the private access code. A completed refund revokes the related guide access.
