The Terracotta Army is one part of Emperor Qin Shihuang's much larger mausoleum landscape. The standard ticket covers both the famous excavation pits and Jardín de Lishan, where archaeological sites and the emperor's burial mound explain the scale of the complex. Nearby Huaqing Palace adds Tang-era imperial bathing culture and the twentieth-century Xi'an Incident. Together they form Xi'an's strongest full-day excursion outside the city walls.
